Seraphin and Seraphin, Ltd. was originally established in 1980 as
Schifeling & Seraphin, Ltd. by Daniel J. Schifeling and Leonard J.
Seraphin. Prior to the merger, Daniel J. Schifeling had practiced law in
St. Charles for over 31 years. Leonard J. Seraphin had extensive
experience in the trust industry and as a partner in a Chicago law firm. Upon Mr. Schifeling’s retirement, the firm continued to do business from
West Main Street in St. Charles. In 1994, our offices were relocated to
Randallwood Professional Center at the northwest corner of Dean Street
and Randall Road in St. Charles. Scott L. Seraphin joined the firm in
1994, and the firm name was changed to Seraphin & Seraphin, Ltd.
