Attorney Leonard J. Seraphin is the founding member of the firm.  After spending over ten years in the trust industry, Mr. Seraphin joined a Chicago law firm as a partner.  In 1980, he began practicing with Daniel J. Schiefling under the name of Schiefling & Seraphin in St. Charles. Upon Mr. Schiefling's retirement, the firm continued to do business from West Main Street in St. Charles.

In 1994, the firm moved to its current location in the Randalwood Professional Center and Scott L. Seraphin joined his father in the practice. The firm name was changed to Seraphin & Seraphin, Ltd. Leonard and Scott practiced law together for over 23 years.

 

Mary V. Rogers joined the firm in 2012 to complement the firm’s established real estate practice.  Leonard Seraphin retired in 2017 and the firm name was subsequently changed to Seraphin & Rogers, Ltd. in 2018.
