Leonard J. Seraphin
RETIRED
Throughout his career Leonard Seraphin dedicated himself to providing exceptional service to his clients. His dedication laid the foundation for the reputation Seraphin & Rogers, Ltd. enjoys today.
Leonard graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame in 1965 and earned his law degree from Northwestern University School of Law in 1968. Leonard spent ten years working in the corporate trust industry before he began private practice in 1978 concentrating in estate planning, trusts, estate administration and related litigation as well as the representation of small businesses. In 1994 he was joined by his son, Scott.
Leonard has been active in the community and is a past president of the Kane County Bar Association. He served on the District 303 Board of Education for over eight years and was a past president of the board. He is a past president of the St. Charles Rotary Club and the Henry Rockwell Baker Community House. He was a member of the Lay Board of Trustees of Marmion Academy and has also served on the Board of Visitors of Northern Illinois University School of Law.
Leonard and his wife Susan raised three children in St. Charles and currently have ten grandchildren.
In 2017 Leonard retired from the practice of law. He spends his winters in Florida where he enjoys the sun and fishing.
